Minneapolis Penthouse Condo
Before moving into their new 2,644 sq. ft. penthouse condo, with spectacular views of downtown Minneapolis and surrounding area, the owners decided to renovate the entire unit to better suit their lifestyle. The kitchen layout was reworked to improve storage, traffic patterns and work areas. Custom cabinetry made of a combination of figured curly maple, chocolate-brown stained walnut and young growth Florida walnut, replace the original plywood cabinets. The new, larger island was moved further from the back wall and has an attached asymmetrical table with a maple top for informal dining. The renovation reflects the discriminating taste of the owners yet allows the skyline views to take center stage.
