South Minneapolis Laundry Room
This south Minneapolis home had a lower level that was “unfinished” and used for laundry and general storage needs. The owners were eager to remodel some of this space to create a laundry room with pizzazz to make the chore pleasant. The challenge was to create an inviting space while working around existing windows, pipes and other structural elements.
New walls and ceilings were framed to create a 102 sq. ft. laundry room. The built-in melamine cabinetry, colorful VCT floor, and Iron-Away ironing station almost make it a joy to spend time in this newly renovated laundry room.
