Condo Laundry Room
The original laundry room in this penthouse condo was merely a closet with a combination washer/dryer. As part of the renovation, many interior walls were demolished and reconfigured to create fewer, more spacious rooms. The laundry room now has a total of 102 sq. ft and includes a new stainless steel Miele washer and dryer. Built-in melamine cabinets provide plentiful storage and hide the recycling bins and pull-out ironing board. Laundry chores are made easier with the stainless laundry sink and spacious countertops. Undercabinet lights, suspended track lighting and a clerestory window provide ample illumination while the colorful glass tile backsplash adds a playful touch.
