Lake Minnetonka Laundry Room
The laundry room in this Lake Minnetonka home was designed to function not only as a laundry room, but also as a mudroom, potting area and broom closet. It’s designed with an open floor plan that maximizes countertop surfaces and cabinet storage. The Asko stainless steel washer and dryer fit neatly beneath the countertop which creates ample space for folding laundry, potting plants and performing other household chores. Custom stainless steel countertops and sink compliment the laundry appliances. Full-height cabinets conceal the vacuum cleaners, cleaning products and gardening supplies. Recessed fixtures provide focused light while Xenon undercabinet fixtures provide task lighting. The new slate floor matches the floor in the adjacent sunroom while the cherry cabinetry matches that in the kitchen. The renovated laundry room accommodates multiple functions while blending perfectly with the other finishes in the home. This truly is Lake Minnetonka remodeling at its finest!
